Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy, here are our return conditions:

• You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
• Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be refunded unless it has a manufacturing defect.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
